Engineered for direct installation between pipeline flanges, the Sacil Filter can be manufactured for any pipe diameter and flange rating. Vessels and internals are available in a wide range of materials of construction, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, ensuring suitability for seawater and aggressive environments.
The filtering element consists of a rotating wheel divided into angular sectors reinforced by steel ribs, providing high mechanical resistance and stable operation even under heavy debris load and high flow conditions.
Cleaning is performed using the differential pressure between the outlet and the backwash discharge line. Reverse flow of filtered water cleans one sector at a time, ensuring continuous filtration and reliable solids removal.
