Self Cleaning Automatic Filter

The ACP filters are automatic filters based on continuous backwashing driven by a hydraulic motor. They are totally independent from external power sources, as the driving oil is the same filtered oil.

These filters are able to control the Lube Oil Quality, removing from the system even the finest particles, as the carbon residues with a size of few microns, thus putting an end to the dangerous concentration of contaminants in the Lube Oil. The ACP filters can be designed to perfectly match the engines interface.

The ACP + CO is the perfect solution for the retrofit of the existing filters to reduce the spare parts cost and to have a excellent protection of the engine. Based on the several retrofits executed, the ROI starts from 5 months depending on the existing filters installed.

In case a Centrifugal Oil Cleaner is already installed downstream the lube oil pumps, the same size of Centrifugal Oil Cleaner can be installed in the ACP backwash line without any additional cost.
